AUTHORS' KIT

General

  • In order to ensure the proper formatting of submitted papers, you must follow the instructions below.
  • The maximum number of pages is limited to 8 pages at first submission and to 6 pages in the final submission for the proceedings (10pt, double column, IEEE format). In order to submit up to 8 pages in the final submission, authors must pay an extra charge of 100Euro/page.
  • For Latex users: please use the following Latex classes IEEEtran.zip, or IEEEtran.tar.gz. Once completed, please be sure to generate a PDF version of your paper. For more information and help on how to work with Latex, please visit this Tutorial page.
  • You can also create your document in MS Word DOC format: please, read the IEEE guidelines, the Format Definition Table and use the Word Template here. First, format the document correctly, then use the PDF Creation files (contains settings for many PDF distiller softwares) to distill your document.
  • Your paper must be submitted in PDF format. We encourage authors to produce .pdf files with embedded fonts, in order to preserve the quality of your formatting.
  • Note: failure to meet the formatting guidelines set by IEEE, could result in your paper not being included in the Proceedings CD.
